Hello, I am currently a Business Process Consultant at Agap2. At the moment, I'm working on a project for Carrier HVAC (client) to optimize their order-to-cash (OTC) processes with ERP, CRM software like SAP and Salesforce as enabling IT tools. I have 10 years professional experience in varied business domains including as a digital transformation consultant at Renault Trucks on developing a new service that would enable the company compete as a service provider and not just as an automotive manufacturer. With a diverse academic and professional background, I had my MBA with specialization in International Strategy and Multinational Enterprises at Emlyon Business School as well as previously in MSC Global Management at NEOMA Business School. At undergraduate level, i majored in Political Science and French. Interestingly, after my bachelors degree, i decided to switch my career focus into business due to my aspirations of becoming a business owner; an entrepreneur. This decision was triggered mainly after reading the book on personal finance by Robert Kiyosaki (Rich Dad Poor Dad) back in 2009. It spurred my desire to do business and create value for myself and my community. Moreover, my other experiences involves the automotive sector (because i am very passionate about vehicles) as well as consulting, market research and also teaching English in 6 high schools across Normandie. I love to exchange knowledge and ideas with others. Finally, the roles i occupied were typically in sales and marketing, project management, procurement and business analysis.
