I am Operations Controller for Nestlé Waters Zone Europe-Middle East-North Africa (EMENA)
My main responsibilities cover:
– Controlling the Total Delivered costs in the Zone for Waters Category (Procurement, Manufacuring and logistics)
– Approving the Capital investment projects in the 34 factories under my scope
– Reporting and monitoring Sustainability investments accross the Zone
– Animating and Developping a community of F&C controllers and managers accross the Zone
