Hello, I am training and coaching employees on topics like: selling, business development, communications, time management, management, remote management, leadership... My duties include: - consulting with office directors on their upskilling needs and strategies for their teams - creating learning items and programmes - setting a learning culture with this recruitment company - piloting and delivering training sessions (online and in classrooms) - coaching the salespeople and manager population - mentor some of my more junior colleagues I started as a translator (which is what I studied and have a diploma for), then moved to Communictions/Marketing. Inside the same company, I was offered a Sales Consultant position, from which I started to support and then joined the Learning & Development side of the business.
