My country management role includes defining the strategy for the country in light with the company regional and global priority, creating an environment of excellence through people management (vision, organisation, engagement, retention, development, empowerment), developing the right offer through a purposeful innovation and product management, creating value for clients by ensuring they get the proper ROI from our services, ensuring the right data quality and processes in operations, developing ou commercial footprint in Vietnam.

My Global Transformation role is to redefine for the region our ways of working, set up a new organisation, implement new tools which will use automation to create more values for our clients and faster delivery times, redeploy a new commercial model, ensure the technical readiness of our systems and accompany the clients and our teams on the implementation of this key transformational change.
