Hello,

I am a Service Director working for a software vendor specialist in Enterprise Architecture called MEGA International. Our goal is to guide companies in their business transformation initiatives through our solutions and services. We believe that transformation is a collaborative effort and requires people to “see the bigger picture” on how the organization operates, so we created a single SaaS platform that connects IT leaders, process owners, risk managers and data governance officers. We give them access to a single repository that helps them collect, visualize, analyze, and communicate information to better plan and adapt to change. I am managing the business consultants who will maximize the added value of our solutions and approaches.

• Project Director leading consulting implementation of Enterprise Architecture, IT Portfolio Management and GRC Solutions

• Management of business consulting activities: recruitment, development of internal skills, definition of consulting offer

After a first operational and international experience in industry (Thales, Nortel) as a project manager, then in organization and information system consulting at ORESYS, I joined MEGA in 2005 as director of a Business Unit: developing consulting revenues and ensuring the success of services are my objectives. Since 2018, I am also in charge of the business consulting team.
