Hello,

I am a former strategy consultant, working at Gympass at Gympass, one of the top startup unicorns worldwide. Currently, I am co-leading the creation and growth of a platform to democratize mental health in Brazil.

As a New Ventures Manager I am responsible for:
- drive and implement strategy
- analyze data and generate insights
- structure processes
- coordinate post-merger integrations

As the first of my family to get accepted into a top university and to win a full scholarship to study for one year in France (Institut National des Sciences Appliquées), I graduated with honors in mechanical engineering (UNESP). During my graduation, I served my community by mentoring youth talents, founding the first Consulting Club, and leading more than 40 undergraduates at a Junior Enterprise. Also, my awarded Final Paper enabled my university to be the first public institution in Brazil to become part of the CDIO, a worldwide educational initiative.

At the Gympass mental health business, we reached more than 10,000 users in Brazil (planning to reach more than 100,000 users at the end of the year). 81% of users with severity anxiety and 91% of users with severity depression improved their clinical indicators after 8 weeks on the platform.
