Hello, French Senior Account manager in tourism industry, living abroad (Barcelona + Amsterdam) for 8 years now. as Senior Account Manager, I have 2 main responsabilities: - management : manage 2 people in my team, not only about KPI and helping to reach target, but as well on how to save time, be more efficient, behave to grow in the company, and for their future opportunities. Giving advices and guidelines. - portfolio management : managing my customers, bring them satisfaction, bring more revenues for them and for the company. Save churn. Prospect new customers. Face to face meeting, exhibition show Started in Paris 2years as Sales & Account manager in tourism industry. I moved abroad to improve my english, always as Sales+Account Manager in tourism. Business trip, phone meeting, helping customers to grow their business thanks to our tools. Little by little, I had more importance, having bigger portfolio and Key accounts.
