Hello !!

In Airbus, as part of digitial support for MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) team, I am in charge of one of the digitial clusters around Aircraft Manufacturing Outstanding Work management. When a work order is not achieved due to a production issue such as a blocking non-conformity, a missing part..., the outstanding work needs to have optimized management through a digital solution to identify top disturbance, prioritize it and escalate it to team level or plant level.
My actual role is to maintain the life cycle of a digital tool for 6000+ end-users in Production floors across FAL, ore-FAL and plant sites. It is supported and maintained for EMEA, China and US operations.
- Dev team of 10+ FTE to fulfill functional requirements and technical enablers
-SAFE Train in Agile mode (Planning increment cycle of 5 Sprints of 2 weeks)
-Technology backbone : Amazon Web Service (Devops, Infra) , Skywise (Data Pipeline, Palantir), SAP
-Software stack : Python,Javascript, Java Reac, PostGre

My daily responsibilities include :
➤ Daily Standup review with project team(s)
➤ Operations supervision of a digital solution welcoming a community of 6,000 shopfloor manufacturing users
➤ Portfolio management of digital solutions for Manufacturing operations management

I have a 20-year professional experience in the software development and service management industry from support engineer to product manager.
My 6-year experience in the USA really helped me to build up a strong background in developing, implementing and maintaining application-based platforms at project and run-mode level.
I have a proven track record in the private sector (Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, Aeronautics) and European institutions. I thrive in a multicultural and multilingual work environment, and I am highly motivated to continue my professional career toward managerial responsibilities in Project, Service or Application management by providing the following services:
