Hello,

I am a UK-based professional with over 17 years of experience in the energy industry, currently serving as a Recruitment Technical Advisor at CGG, a French services company specialising in high technology data intensive geoscience and HPC. My journey began at The University of Edinburgh where I earned my BSc Hons in Geophysics. I have held various roles within CGG, from Imaging Geophysicist progressing to Imaging Supervisor, working for the last five years in my current role.

My key responsibilities include recruiting for our European and Middle Eastern graduate imaging geophysicist roles and providing technical training and support to new graduates and early careers scientific professionals. I am directly involved in the planning, design, and operation of the recruitment process.

On a daily/weekly basis my job involves reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, contacting students and graduates, travelling to universities and co-ordinating with different groups within CGG.
