1) Digital Transformation of our customers experience
2) Digital transformation in our commercial excellence (How we serve our customers, Go To Market, Sales Journey with process, data, tools)
3) Data/AI, to generate new business streams with our data

Coordinate between our countries/operations and global experts to accelerate our digital transformation.
Understand commercial requirements and digital/technical requirements
Set up cadences, prioritization, alignment
Change management

Master in Finance with 3y experience there (Corporate finance) but rapidly moved to marketing, pricing management, commercial excellence, business intel.
Managed a country business for 3Y and led the operations for a zone for 3Y as well
