Hello, I am a Global HR Partner overseeing HR Talent and Engagement Programs at local, regional, and global levels. With over 20 years of experience in large IT multinational corporations, I have led HR teams across various countries and regions. In my last role, I managed more than 30 HR generalists, overseeing talent development initiatives and performance programs. My HR career began in Training and Development. Recently I served as an HR Partner for Sales during a significant company merger. I pursued my studies in England, and earned a Bachelor with Honours in International Tourism and Management in 2000, followed by a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration in 2014. Last year, I returned to university to pursue a Master's degree in Executive Coaching and Management at Dauphine PSL. As a lifelong learner, I firmly believe in the continuous development of skills and competencies. I also mentor young students. Fluent in French and English, I possess a solid working knowledge of Spanish.
