Regional Talent Manager EMEA

“lift and shift” and implement the Global TM Processes and programs at a regional EMEA level – such as Performance Management, Learning & Develop-ment, Talent & Career Review, Regional Mobility and Succession Planning - collaborat-ing with local HRBPs to execute them across sites, countries and divisions;
— Ensure alignment with the overall talent management framework, policies, and proce-dures, as well as divisional / segment / Corporate strategies via aligning with regional HRBPs;
— Leverage Regional Learning and Development Culture, collaborating with regional HRBPs and HR VPs to identify regional learning and development priorities, developing and implementing a regional learning and development strategy, ensuring it aligns with the Symrise overall objectives;
— Implement culture enhancement initiatives within the region;
— Ensure that regional employees have access to relevant learning resources and oppor-tunities;
— Communicate and share the results of talent management and learning initiatives as a result of employee engagement surveys with regional business stakeholders, respective HR Business Partners and TM experts on a global level;
— Collaborate with local teams to take key actions based on engagement data, address areas for improvement and celebrate successes.


Solid experience in HR Talent Development for Global Industries. Ensure permanent skills alignment with the business strategy focusing on added value and outcomes for stakeholders. Design, lead and operational implementation on its main processes: Talent Management, Acquisition & Reviews, L&D, Succession, Mobility, Performance Management, IDP, Career Paths, etc. Multi-location, multi-business and multicultural.
